Try something new! Use sauces as dips. To get you started, here’s a fun new way to serve great tasting D’Orazio Pasta…

2 eggs, beaten well with a fork
Corn oil
Bread crumbs
D’Orazio round cheese ravioli

Cook ravioli according to package directions, being careful not to overcook. While ravioli are cooking, heat corn oil in a saucepan or deep fryer over a low flame. Dip each ravioli in egg and then generously coat with breadcrumbs. Using a large spoon, dip ravioli in hot oil and fry until golden brown (about 1 minute). Remove from oil, cool slightly and serve.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve whole fried ravioli topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. (Just melt cheese over ravioli in hot oven).

  • Cut ravioli in halves or quarters, insert toothpicks, and serve marinara sauce or salsa on the side.
