1 cup of half-and-half
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 cups shredded fresh spinach
In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, heat half-and-half, Swiss cheese
and chicken broth over medium heat, stirring until cheese melts. Stir
in Parmesan cheese and butter until blended. Add spinach; heat through.
