As beautiful to serve as it is delicious.
1 red pepper cut into thin strips
1 green pepper cut into thin strips
1 yellow pepper cut into thin strips
1 large clove of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
In large skillet, cook peppers and garlic in olive oil for
two minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes
or until peppers are tender.
