The D'Orazio family can trace its business roots back to 1945, when Frank and Theresa
D'Orazio (Anthony's parents) established a retail cheese shop in South Philadelphia's famous “Italian
Market.” From the basement of that little store, the art of making the finest quality cheese and
frozen pasta products was born. Today, over 60 years later, and through several expansions,
we have grown to a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Bellmawr, N.J.
