From our original handmade Ravioli we now produce some of the finest all natural products including: Stuffed Shells, Crepe Manicotti, Potato & Ricotta Gnocchi, Stuffed Rigatoni, and a myriad of specialty fillings such as Portobello Mushroom, Spinach, Eggplant, Lobster and Sun-dried Tomato just to name a few.
